Payroll Specialist Lead - Italy

What you bring includes payroll management experience, knowledge of payroll best practices, proficiency in using software tools, an analytical mindset, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and fluent English. Key responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert for the country, managing relationships with stakeholders, processing full end to end payroll, ensuring data integrity, focusing on KPIs and SLAs, implementing and improving processes, and mentoring payroll specialists. You'll be reporting to the Manager, Global Payroll Operations and be part of the Payroll Team. Remote's compensation philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation. The base salary range for this full-time position is $49,900 USD - 56,000USD.
