Position Overview:
- Expand Pasa’s capacity to provide valuable, welcoming, and accessible in-person and virtual events through program development and logistical support.
- This is a primarily remote position with in-person workdays and 2-3 annual in-person staff retreats.
- This position will require additional travel (approximately 2-4 monthly) throughout Pennsylvania and surrounding areas to assist with regional events.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that events serve core program goals, anti-oppression objectives, grant deliverables, fundraising needs, and the needs and interests of diverse audiences.
- Provide day-of event support, including technical support for virtual events.
- Maintain registration systems for conference and year-round events and support financial assistance systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing various event types, including virtual and in-person settings.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage logistics for multiple events concurrently.
