Job Description

This role is key to bridging business needs and technical solutions by working closely with internal teams and external client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of project management expertise, business analysis experience, and a passion for driving operational excellence. Lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and project goals. Elicit and document clear, detailed business requirements and create visual representations such as process flows and high-level designs. Partner with leadership to support decision-making and ensure alignment on cross-functional initiatives. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive stakeholder alignment on proposed enhancements. Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional requirements, and reporting needs. Support the end-to-end project lifecycle in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
