Job Description
Lead product go-to-market strategy, shape positioning and messaging across our suite of offerings, and partner closely with product, sales, and marketing to drive adoption and repeat engagement. This is a foundational hire, reporting into the CMO, with the opportunity to build the PMM function from the ground up in a company that’s scaling quickly and launching new products with speed. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable getting into the weeds on product strategy and translating that into compelling customer narratives—especially for an audience that’s not traditionally digital-first.
Own and scale our GTM playbooks for new features and products across both B2B and B2C surfaces. Drive usage of newly launched features and increase user penetration within accounts. Deeply understand our customer segments and develop messaging frameworks tailored by industry, company size, and buyer role. Translate customer pain points into value narratives, content, and campaign ideas that resonate with our core verticals.
