Senior Full Stack Engineer (Realtime & Voice) Customer Experience Platform

What you'll do:

• Own the voice channel end to end, including telephony, CPaaS integrations, streaming speech-to-text and text-to-speech pipelines, realtime model orchestration, and latency/quality budgets.
• Build product features across the full stack: web chat front ends in React/TypeScript, backend services in Scala and Python, and infrastructure on GCP.
• Design for multi-tenant scale, where one codebase serves many partners through configuration.

Who you are:

• Experienced full stack engineer with 6+ years in software engineering, senior-level ownership of production systems.
• Strong in realtime systems (voice, WebRTC, streaming) and cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS).
• Proficient in React/TypeScript and backend languages (Scala, Python), with a track record of building RESTful APIs and microservices.
