• You will join the Enterprise AI Engineering team to build foundations for a unified, secure, and scalable operating system.
• Focus on transforming Twilio's Customer Support organization through AI-powered tools and agentic products.

Responsibilities:

• Co-lead the design and development of software infrastructure, driving technical vision and strategy.
• Develop sophisticated stateful web applications with React-based front-ends and backend services.
• Mentor and elevate a team of high-performing engineers through code reviews and architectural workshops.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience with full-stack development using JavaScript, TypeScript, or React.
• Proven track record of architecting complex data projects and understanding of distributed systems.
