Job Description
As a Software Engineer at Deel, you will collaborate in a cross-functional team with Frontend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA professionals to create seamless experiences. You will participate in product planning, from discovery to deployment. You will also develop and enhance features by developing robust new features and APIs. Also you will continuously improve our industry-leading products. You should have expertise in Backend Development, proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript best practices, and experience in at least one other server-side language. Also you should have database mastery, especially with PostgreSQL, handling query optimization, data migrations, and database modeling. Proven expertise in optimizing systems for large transaction volumes, handling concurrency, idempotency, and performance under load is a plus.
