About the Role:
- Hiring a Mandarin-Speaking Software Engineer on a long-term 1099 contract.
- Work directly with customers to build AI voice agents and solve deployment challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support technical onboarding for enterprise customers and help scale AI voice agents.
- Debug APIs, webhooks, SIP, telephony, authentication, and latency issues.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to drive growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-8 years of backend software engineering experience.
- Strong fundamentals in Python/Node.js, REST APIs, databases, and system design.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English with excellent communication skills.
Job Details:
- Full-time 1099 contractor, remote.
- Compensation: $5,250 USD per month.
- Must overlap with Pacific Time-based team and customers.
