About the Role:

  • The Senior Performance Marketing Manager owns the hands-on setup, monitoring, and optimization of Retail Media campaigns across Sponsored Products as well as Paid Social and Programmatic channels.
  • Acting as the central link between Campaign Managers and technical campaign execution, the role translates media plans into precise campaign setups.
  • Ensures defined campaign objectives are met and is the team's subject matter expert for platforms and activation best practices.

About You:

  • You bring 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, ad operations, or retail media environments.
  • You have strong expertise in Retail Media platforms, Sponsored Products, Paid Social, and/or Programmatic Buying.
  • You enjoy working with performance data, tracking setups, and campaign optimisation, and know how to turn insights into measurable business impact.
