Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding of new consultants, assessing gaps and opportunities.
  • Provide support and direction to consultants regarding project requirements.
  • Manage consultant schedules, approving timesheets, PTO requests, and LOA.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and an active credential from AHIMA or AAPC.
  • Proven expertise in staff management associated with accountability and growth.
  • Strong industry knowledge in coding, compliance, and revenue cycle operations.
