Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding of new consultants, assessing gaps and opportunities.
- Provide support and direction to consultants regarding project requirements.
- Manage consultant schedules, approving timesheets, PTO requests, and LOA.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred and an active credential from AHIMA or AAPC.
- Proven expertise in staff management associated with accountability and growth.
- Strong industry knowledge in coding, compliance, and revenue cycle operations.
