Sterile Processing Didactic Instructor

We are looking for a part-time Sterile Processing Didactic Instructor to teach in Stepful’s 12-week Sterile Processing Technician program. This role is dedicated to delivering high-quality online instruction, preparing students for the HSPA CRCST certification exam, and supporting learners through remediation when needed. This position is fully remote and requires approximately 10 hours per week, with an additional 10 paid onboarding hours. Ideal candidates will have CRCST certification and prior teaching experience. Afternoon and evening availability (Monday–Thursday) is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include teaching online classes, delivering engaging instruction, supporting students, assessing understanding, providing feedback, and collaborating with the learning team.
