About the Role:
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists.
- Act as an internal strategic consultant across the business.
- Champion the use of data to solve horizontal challenges across the complete customer experience.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain Looker dashboards, reports and metrics that assess business and customer outcomes
- Build and maintain controls to ensure our business processes are running as intended
- Improve the accuracy, efficiency and accessibility of our data
