About the Role:
- Join a core engineering team building a voice AI platform for automating conversations.
- Work across backend systems and customer-facing interfaces to help customers configure and launch voice experiences quickly.
What You'll Do:
- Develop platform features such as prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.
- Build scalable full-stack systems from polished user interfaces to reliable APIs and deployment workflows.
- Own projects from architecture and implementation through production deployment and iteration.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 years of full-stack software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and AWS.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems and building scalable backend services.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $215,000 to $290,000 USD annually.
- Visa sponsorship is available.
- Remote within the United States.
