This role will facilitate training courses, design L&D programs, and manage data according to L&D requirements. The person will identify key areas for improvement through data analysis and collaborate with SMEs to create learner-friendly solutions. They will manage project plans, contribute to process improvements, and liaise between L&D and the business to ensure consistency and manage program scheduling. They will also monitor advisor progress, conduct classroom training, and mentor trainers. Participate in floor support activities including OJT Support, Refresher and Remedial trainings as required.
