- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned advisors throughout their transition.
- Collaborate with Sales and Transition Pods to understand advisor motivations and goals.
- Conduct transition closure debriefs and gather advisor feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Transition Management:
- Create comprehensive Advisor Profiles and practice blueprints.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Transition Pods to ensure each launch milestone is met on time.
- Conduct pre-Day-One readiness audits for all assigned advisors.
Problem Solving & Support:
- Own escalation resolution for all transition-related issues across departments.
- Deliver personalized, concierge-level service to advisors.
- Proactively anticipate needs and remove obstacles.
