New Learning Experience Designer (LXD)

Wing is seeking a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to enhance our Flight Operations team. This role is responsible for the formation of engaging, effective, and learner-centered experiences for both Wing and our partners. The LXD will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), and multimedia teams to analyze learning needs, design content, and evaluate program effectiveness. This role involves creating training content, and involvement in Flight Operations learning strategy. The designer will build guidelines for Flight Operations instructional design and development. Also, they will develop and manage program plans, design learning solutions through eLearning, simulations, and work aids. The designer will lead learning projects from inception to deployment, support quality assurance of training content, manage learner records and regulatory compliance documentation, and champion innovative and effective learning solutions within Wing.
