Invoice Processing:
- Generate and send invoices to customers.
- Follow up on, collect, and coordinate with accounting to allocate payments.
Payment Collection:
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Analyze customer payment trends and develop a strategy to accurately forecast incoming cash flow.
Customer Service (Internal & External):
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve invoice discrepancies, and maintain customer & internal stakeholder relationships.
