Responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing outgoing invoices by customer and product
- Handling incoming disputes within defined acceptance thresholds
- Validating incoming supplier invoices by product
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Support data‑driven decision‑making by analyzing Excel datasets
- Support the preparation and delivery of operational open disputes reports
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Payment & Account Management:
- Ensure timely release of payments using the appropriate systems and processes
- Process and allocate incoming payments promptly, particularly before month‑end closing
- Support reduction of bad debt through effective and proactive follow‑up
