Responsibilities:
- Research escalated invoicing questions/issues.
- Prepare and develop metric reporting.
- Assist billers with resolving taxation issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
Additional responsibilities:
- Reconcile shipping/inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare plant reporting for jobs to be billed next.
- Participate in team calls for process improvement.
Training:
- Provide training to users in the Order-to-Cash workstream.
- Become an expert on the system and troubleshooting errors.
- Work with billers to implement changes and set up follow-up procedures.
