Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Investigate telecom-related customer, vendor, or carrier disputes.
- Analyze CABS invoices, access charges, usage records to determine dispute validity.
- Review FCC tariffs, PUC tariffs, and contractual agreements to validate charges.
Qualifications:
- Telecom dispute knowledge including access billing, intercarrier compensation.
- Experience with CABS including analysis of carrier invoices and usage discrepancies.
- Experience with Telecom FCC tariffs, PUC tariffs and contractual agreements.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
