Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate telecom-related customer, vendor, or carrier disputes.
  • Analyze CABS invoices, access charges, usage records to determine dispute validity.
  • Review FCC tariffs, PUC tariffs, and contractual agreements to validate charges.

Qualifications:

  • Telecom dispute knowledge including access billing, intercarrier compensation.
  • Experience with CABS including analysis of carrier invoices and usage discrepancies.
  • Experience with Telecom FCC tariffs, PUC tariffs and contractual agreements.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
