Product Manager, Chat

Responsible for the globalization of the instant messaging (IM) product across both app and web portal, and for developing product strategies aligned with business goals. Create and maintain the IM product roadmap, milestones, and backlog, aligning with strategic priorities for product penetration in various overseas markets. Drive global product and feature launches; lead beta programs by defining product specifications and collaborating with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders. Collect and consolidate customer feedback and facilitate user studies to build products that reflect customers’ needs and requirements. Conduct market research and analyze regional data, working closely with overseas and local operations teams to deliver market-fit solutions. Facilitate communication with cross-functional teams overseas to coordinate project progress.
