Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end build of email campaigns in Klaviyo, including template design, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Maintain and update ticketing backend platforms like Universe and Eventbrite with link and promo code creation.
  • Create UTM links for campaign tracking and coordinate cross-functional communications.

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of marketing or event marketing experience with high-volume email execution (20-30 campaigns/month) in Klaviyo or similar.
  • Hands-on ticketing operations experience with Universe or Eventbrite, including event builds and promo code structures.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, WordPress, Slack, Canva, Bitly, and project management apps like Notion or Asana.
