Responsibilities:

  • Own campaign execution for a portion of the pod's clients: brief, build, QA, schedule, and post-send review in Klaviyo.
  • Design and test email in Figma, then build and maintain flows (welcome, cart, post-purchase) and propose changes from data.
  • Manage segmentation, deliverability hygiene (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and per-campaign reporting with exact figures.

Required Experience:

  • 1-3 years hands-on email marketing with direct Klaviyo experience building campaigns and flows.
  • Demonstrated work with high-growth eCommerce brands and design competence in Figma for mobile-first emails.
  • Working knowledge of email deliverability and A/B testing, plus comfort with remote work and written communication.

How We Work:

  • AI-native workflow daily using Claude Code and scripts—person should already use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) as part of their regular work.
  • Discipline in writing: exact numbers, labeled claims (extracted, inferred, assumed), and no estimation when data is missing.
  • Time tracking in ClickUp is non-negotiable; all hours logged against the correct task.

Nice to Have:

  • SMS experience in Klaviyo plus exposure to BigCommerce and Shopify.
  • Experience in regulated categories (cannabis, alcohol, supplements) where every claim is reviewed.
  • Klaviyo Academy certifications or familiarity with Alpine IQ.
