A Day in the Life:

  • Responsible for audits, strategy, content, and setup of broadcast campaigns and email automation.
  • Involved in further innovating clients’ strategy and optimizing towards higher success metrics.
  • Closely working with creative, content, web, and other departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program.
  • Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with all other internal digital channels.
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.

Role Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills and understanding of A/B testing practices.
  • Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches.
  • Strong communication, rapport building and presentation skills.
