This role will manage email, push, in-app, SMS, and social media to increase revenue, retention, and engagement throughout D2C and B2B lifecycles. Reporting to the Director of Brand and Content, this role will own the strategic marketing communications for both our Broker and Consumer audiences throughout the entire customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be excited to roll up their sleeves and contribute to our fast-growing company on their first day.

Improve new customer onboarding, activate upsell/cross-sell opportunities across teams, and execute on customer retention initiatives. Develop and execute customer marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue. Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey.

The Manager of Lifecycle Communications will manage subscriber communications for Mint Mobile, strategizing and executing communication programs to support, engage, and retain subscribers and championing the brand story throughout the subscriber lifecycle. This person requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer behavior who is obsessed with brand storytelling and creating a positive customer experience.
