Job Description

The Senior Guest Engagement Strategist will design, restructure, and optimize loyalty programs tailored to brand needs, define KPIs, program health metrics, and engagement goals optimizing for ROI, retention, and future scalability, and track loyalty market trends and apply insights. This role will craft engagement strategies across loyalty, CRM, and SMS channels, support segmentation, targeting, testing, and performance optimization, and partner with Managed Services to ensure campaign alignment with business goals. This role supports product adoption, collaborates with Implementation, Product, and Data teams on launch and feature alignment, and coordinates with third-party developers on loyalty and ordering integrations. By leveraging Excel and Tableau the Senior Guest Engagement Strategist will analyze loyalty performance and growth opportunities to create executive-level presentations to clearly communicate recommendations and outcomes, train internal teams on loyalty trends, frameworks, and strategies and contributing thought leadership via case studies, blogs, and webinars
