Responsibilities:
- Use personas and narratives to story-tell the problem to solve.
- Extract requirements from customer pain points.
- Clearly document knowledge gained from interviews.
Qualifications:
- Product management experience working on mobile apps or web-based products.
- Strong execution/operationally-minded.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with B2B2C, SaaS solution, and/or integration platforms.
- Familiar or exposure to AI concepts.
- Experience with AzureDevOps, Confluence, SAFe Agile or basic Scrum Agile experience.
