Senior Director of Enterprise Data Architecture & Standards

What You'll Do:

• Establish enterprise data standards covering naming conventions, metadata, quality rules, and reporting definitions in Snowflake.
• Build and own a data catalog that makes data discoverable and trustworthy for every core asset.
• Define a shared ontology and enterprise data dictionary grounded in healthcare revenue cycle and provider/payer data.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in data architecture or management with hands-on experience building data catalogs and ontologies.
• Deep Snowflake expertise including data modeling and schema design, plus experience with cataloging tools like Collibra or Alation.
• Strong track record of aligning diverse teams like Finance, Data Science, and Operations through influence and consensus.

What Success Looks Like:

• A published enterprise data dictionary with core business entities defined once and used consistently.
• A live data catalog covering highest-value Snowflake datasets with lineage and ownership.
• Reduced duplicate reports and metrics, with embedded analytics teams operating from certified data models.
