Opportunity:
- As a Principal Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end experience strategy for our mobile app.
- You'll invent the interaction language for agentic AI in healthcare from scratch.
- This is the highest craft and leadership bar we hire to.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and drive mission-critical design initiatives that shape the trajectory of the business.
- Pioneer agentic UX from 0 to 1 by designing new interaction patterns for AI systems.
- Set the quality bar for design at Twin, owning full craft end to end.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product/UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating highest craft.
- Demonstrated experience designing agentic AI experiences.
- Expert communication and storytelling skills.
