HR Generalist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support our growing HR team. In this role, you will assist with onboarding and orientation, help maintain HR policies and documentation, and support employee relations and performance processes. You will contribute to creating a smooth and consistent employee experience while ensuring HR operations run efficiently. This position is a great opportunity to gain broad exposure to HR functions and help our team maintain a positive and compliant workplace.

You will support the HR team in responding to employee questions and concerns, primarily related to onboarding, orientation, and HR processes. You'll also assist in fostering a positive, inclusive workplace by supporting engagement initiatives and team-building efforts. You'll manage the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation, documentation, and training logistics and assist with offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and exit procedures are followed.

Furthermore, you'll maintain, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook. You'll create and maintain HR documentation, guides, and templates to ensure consistency across the employee lifecycle. You'll support employee development initiatives and maintain records of development plans.

In addition, you will ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies and assist in generating HR reports and basic metrics to support HR operations. You also will participate in HR projects and recommend and implement efficiencies in HR processes to support a smooth employee experience.
