End-To-End Creative & Strategy Support Manager

Job Details:

The role is a 12-month consulting position with potential extension, remote within the United States only, and not eligible for immigration sponsorship. Starting pay ranges from $50 to $60 per hour, with actual compensation dependent on factors like experience and location, and includes a competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own initiatives end-to-end, from intake through delivery, contributing to creative and messaging development.
• Partner with full-time team on strategic priorities, manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate with project management and operational resources, adapt execution based on feedback, and help pilot new processes.

Qualifications:

• Required: Experience in marketing, creative strategy, messaging, or campaign execution, with demonstrated end-to-end project management and strong collaboration skills.
• Preferred: Background in portfolio-level initiatives, agency work, or cross-functional creative partners, along with strong communication skills.
