As an NDIS Support Coordinator you will assess needs and coordinate support for NDIS participants referred to MyIntegra for Support Coordination services. Responsibilities include assisting NDIS participants in implementing their NDIS Plans and coordinating their services and supports. Ensuring full compliance by completing necessary administrative tasks to the required standard is crucial. You will maintain and develop relationships with disability associations/groups. Requirements include a current driver's license, willingness to travel to clients, and experience working as an NDIS Support Coordinator, or Allied Health qualifications. A minimum Certificate IV in Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or similar is expected. MyIntegra offers a supportive team environment, ongoing training, and an attractive salary.
