Revenue Cycle Operations Senior Analyst

This role provides expert guidance and operational support in all areas of revenue cycle management.

• Optimizes efficiency, compliance, and sustainability.
• Acts as a critical link between revenue cycle management and leadership stakeholders.
• Strengthens patient access, billing, coding, claims, and reimbursement processes.
• Provides guidance on Epic revenue cycle functionality and workflows.
• Develops technical assistance resources tailored to stakeholder’s needs.
• Monitors revenue cycle KPIs, identifies performance gaps, and develops corrective action plans.
• Collaborates with internal teams and recommends EMR enhancements.
• Facilitates onboarding of staff into integrated systems and standardized processes.
• Partners with Epic analysts and Better Health teams to recommend EMR enhancements.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
