What You'll Do:
- Own member growth end-to-end, establishing leverage, backing with data, and shipping.
- Conduct experiments end to end: hypothesis, instrumentation, analysis, iteration.
- Use AI tooling to compress the loop from idea to shipped experiment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in product or growth, with 3+ years owning a subscriber, revenue, or retention KPI.
- Conduct experiments at scale, pull your own data, and discern real results from noise.
- Form clear views of opportunity and adapt when data dictates.
