Serve as a critical cross-functional partner, working with product, design, marketing, sales, and support to align roadmaps, unblock execution, and ensure customer-centric product outcomes.
Support pre-sales conversations and customer onboarding, helping technical stakeholders understand product capabilities and ensuring feedback loops from the field inform our roadmap.
Coordinate external integrations and platform partnerships, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring secure, seamless implementation.
Define and own engineering metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in product quality, team performance, and operational efficiency.
