As Product& Customer Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our award-winning platform goes to market and grows with customers. This role includes approximately 80% Product Marketing — driving go-to-market execution, product launches, and sales enablement — and 20% Customer Marketing, focused on driving adoption, engagement, and upsell across our existing customer base.
You’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to craft compelling messaging, create impactful collateral, and deliver strategies that connect our technology with real customer outcomes. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end go-to-market process and sales enablement, ensuring teams can effectively sell new features. Staying on top of industry news and supporting various marketing projects will round out the role.
