Responsibilities:

  • Own and shape the systems and data architecture, ensuring trusted data flows across Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer teams.
  • Lead the transition of systems ownership, establish an operating model, and embed AI into workflows for forecasting, pipeline insights, and automation.
  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, and Product to translate priorities into scalable solutions and build a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in Business Systems or RevOps leadership in B2B SaaS, with deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Strong experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato and modern BI tooling, plus proven ability to design closed-loop architectures.
  • Robust data governance discipline, excellent stakeholder management, and people leadership experience with a coaching mindset.
