Job Description

This role involves:

  • Ensuring client success and contract renewal by delivering value and fostering strong relationships.
  • Planning overall strategies, identifying risks, and driving towards renewal across all products.
  • Monitoring product evolution, providing feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively calling clients, logging interactions, and presenting executive summaries.
  • Utilizing tools like Pendo, SFDC, and Jira to drive activities and manage projects.
  • Aligning objectives with company goals and representing the business at trade events.

Ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and solve organizational problems.
  • Experience working in a team setting with technology proficiency and responsibility.
