Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the comprehensive D2C marketing strategy for FreeBC, aligning with organizational goals and driving measurable outcomes across paid, earned, owned, and community channels.
- Manage external agency partners, optimize multi-channel campaigns, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent consumer experience and support the evolution of FreeBC from pilot to national program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's preferred, with 8-10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in D2C digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in integrated marketing strategies, audience segmentation, and performance analytics, with experience in healthcare or mission-driven organizations strongly preferred.
- Strong agency management skills and the ability to communicate effectively to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hiring range $165,000 - $180,000 USD per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO.
- Parental leave, professional development, and wellness allowances are provided to support work-life balance and growth.
- This is a 12-month fixed-term role with possibility of extension, requiring up to 15-20% travel for in-person meetings and retreats.
