Primary Function:
- Responsible for driving accelerated growth in Urology and Gynecology in key strategic markets.
- Partner with local sales leadership to assess opportunity and drive growth through training surgeons to autonomy.
Essential Job Duties:
- Accelerate URO/GYN growth rates and train net new gynecologists and urologists to total practice.
- Establish regional case observation sites and Epicenters, build robust QTI data sets.
- Serve as market intelligence liaison and partner with academic marketing to enhance resident education.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
- Bachelor's degree required; Urology or GYN experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
