Senior Accounting Manager, Corporate Finance

The Senior Accounting Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our US entities, managing our US accounting service provider, and supporting key business activities. This role will work closely across the company and reports directly to the Senior Director, Finance with a dotted-line reporting to our parent company’s Finance department. It involves a combination of strategic and operational responsibilities, including planning, financial management, forecasting reporting, process improvement, as well as support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), due diligence (DD), and audits. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping Keep an accurate count of the ‘books’, including ensuring US accounting procedures are being followed; manage the Accounting/Bookkeeping software.
