Job Description
The Client Insights Analyst will be a critical member of the Client Management team, responsible for producing clear, accurate, and timely reporting that supports both external client deliverables and internal performance tracking. This role will partner closely with the Data & Analytics team to transform raw data into actionable insights, tailoring outputs for strategic client discussions while also monitoring key internal metrics such as performance guarantees and service-level KPIs. The Client Insights Analyst ensures that reporting is not only accurate but also tells the story behind the numbers in a way that drives client trust and internal accountability.
Responsibilities include client-facing reporting & insights, internal performance tracking, collaboration & data management, and maintaining reporting library and documentation. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence within healthcare, PBM, or managed care. Advanced Excel proficiency with some experience in SQL, Power BI and/or Tableau is preferred.
