Sr. Insurance Sales Agent

We are looking for individuals to join our inbound call center team as a Senior Insurance Sales Producer/Advisor and you will report to a Sales Team Lead. This role is crucial for customers that are shopping for insurance. To be successful, you will build instant relationship and close sales to exceed targets. This is a remote position, so reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace are necessary. Responsibilities: Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process. Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach. Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through identification of gaps in coverage. Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity of the products sold.
