The Asset Performance Specialist role is critical to the success of the Palmetto Platform and LightReach financial product. The role manages all customer and operational logistics around one of the most impactful customer moments on their clean energy journey, ongoing services and support needs throughout the solar system's lifespan. The specialist is responsible for monitoring system performance, remote troubleshooting, and assisting customers with issues.
They will investigate elevated tickets by confirming the problem and seeking solutions. The role includes identifying the issue, prioritizing troubleshooting, and managing time effectively. Responsibilities include solar repair, diagnostic testing, and using remote performance tools. Strong communication and relationship-building with the Field Service Team are essential for seamless site visit scheduling.
