Role Overview:
- Step into a dual-brand role representing Jaguar Land Rover with The AA.
- Deliver high-calibre roadside support and repair for prestige vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Use manufacturer-specific diagnostics and tools to complete repairs.
- Manage the full customer journey with clear communication.
- Perform warranty work and advanced roadside diagnostics.
Qualifications:
- Hold NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Be confident, independent, and customer focused.
- Have a full UK Cat B licence with a maximum of 6 points.
