Role Overview:
- Install and support telematics devices in customer vehicles.
- Work independently or with third-party installers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installations of gateways, AI cameras, and accessories.
- Conduct on-site training and manage RMAs.
- Oversee quality and provide remote troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive technical installation.
- Knowledge of vehicle wiring and electrical systems.
- Ability to travel 50-75% and lift up to 50 lbs.
