Essential Duties:
- Develop, implement, and maintain accounting and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with the VP Accounting to develop corporate policies.
- Apply GAAP and regulatory expertise to guide decision-making.
Core Competencies:
- Communicate complex information to stakeholders.
- Deliver reporting regularly to owners.
- Translate technical accounting/financial concepts.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
- Minimum 8 years of reporting related experience.
- CPA is required.
