Job Description

Lead and manage a local team of 4–5 IT professionals, including system, network, and database administrators. Act as the primary liaison between the German technical team and global ServiceNow support teams. Ensure SLAs and performance benchmarks are met for all customer service engagements. Maintain compliance with German and EU IT regulations and data protection laws. Represent the Berlin office in regional and global technical leadership meetings. To be successful in this role you need a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You should have leadership experience in IT operations or infrastructure management. The role requires 5+ years of experience managing a team , preferably in a technical or service delivery environment. You need a solid understanding of systems administration, network architecture, and database management. Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in multicultural and global settings are also needed. Fluency in German and English is also required.The role requires you be on-site at our Berlin office and travel to customer location. Only candidates who are German or EU citizens can be considered.
