Strategic Account Management:
Manage local relationships and act as the primary contact for our most important global customer local teams in Australia, in addition to new and existing corporate clients.
Focus on client needs and crises when required.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Team to convert potential issues into strategic opportunities.
Implementation & Program Launch:
Ensure successful program launches and ongoing, high-quality service delivery.
Adivse customers on service promotion and appropriate interventions.
Risk & Issue Mitigation:
Proactively identify and manage local account risks.
Exceptional highly positive and energetic approach to client interactions.
