Software Trainer

Enable customer adoption and success through engaging and scalable virtual instructor-led learning content. You’ll join a collaborative team with a mission to redefine the customer learning journey for our modern SaaS platform. This role involves significant ownership, requiring independent work, complex project management, and effective operation in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in maintaining existing materials and developing innovative new content, bringing ideas, passion for adult learning methodologies, and understanding of training's direct impact on the broader business. The role includes customer consultation, learning strategy, content design, development and training delivery, and evaluation.
